Delivery Time

Once your order is submitted, 1 to 3 business days to properly process the order. After the order is processed, it's then picked up by one of our freight carriers. Standard time in transit is 7 to 10 business days (not including weekends or holidays).

How do we ship?

For small items like decos, bullnose, cleaners and others below 60 lbs, we use FedEx. For larger items more than 60 lbs, we use “LTL” (Less Than Truckload) freight companies. Please note that these LTL companies' rate of claims or damaged material is less than 1%. We use these companies to get you the absolute lowest freight rate on your order. These companies do have certain terms that you need to be aware of.

What are the LTL freight companies’ terms and conditions?

LTL companies can deliver materials to your home, business, or you can pick it up at a designated freight terminal in your area. Usually, the charge for having the order sent to a business or delivered to a freight terminal is slightly less than to a home. If you choose this option, we will notify you as to the terminal location AFTER you make a purchase. We will send you an e-mail listing the terminal phone number and a tracking number. The freight company will contact you prior to the delivery. In any case that you want to confirm delivery date and time, please contact the freight company. The freight company will usually give you the date of delivery, and a time window, which should be a two to six hour time span. You must have someone at the delivery location to help unload the order. Deliveries are "curb side". The driver will not bring the material into your home. If you are handicapped or have no way of assisting the driver, please call our office and we will explain the extra fee to have the material unloaded. Whoever is accepting the delivery must inspect it and sign for the order according to the Delivery Checklist we send you. Please make sure to inspect your order at the time of delivery using our detailed checklist. It is very important that you or the person authorize to accept the order inspects thoroughly prior to signing the paper work for the driver. You cannot sign the paperwork and let the driver leave until the order has been thoroughly inspected. Any damaged items should be noted on the paperwork in order for us to issue a replacement and for us to be properly reimbursed by the freight company. Please note that the damage referred to is caused by the trucking company and not manufacturer defects.

What are the shipping rates?

All the shipping rates calculated by our shopping cart system are valid for delivery anywhere in the contiguous 48 Unites States and does not apply to Hawaii and Alaska, overseas, Canada or areas that need special shipping requirements. Our shipping low rates are based on product type and and where the product is shipped to. Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. From time to time we may offer free shipping on certain products, different promotions or based on minimum purchase amount. This offer will be clearly shown on the product detail page.
