I had an excellent carpet shopping experience with Aladdin Carpet and Floors in Rockville, Maryland (Montgomery County-Maryland). Mr. Nadar Davari was an excellent salesman!!! He took a considerable amount of time to listen to me, and to understand my carpet needs in terms of quality and price. After considerable time examining many wool carpet rolls, I was able, with the professional advice of Mr. Davari - to select two large 100% wool carpets. The carpets were measured to ensure the highest level of installation and padding - which in turn provide elegance and noise reduction benefits for my large living/ dining room and master bedroom. Finally, the customer service, carpet delivery and installation were professional and reliable.

I highly recommend Aladdin Carpet and Floors in Rockville, Maryland. But more important, I highly recommend Nadar Davari, who is an excellent and highly knowledgeable expert on carpet selection and purchasing! I will definitely buy more wool area carpets from Aladdin Carpet and Floors in the future!

First thing that comes to mind is Majid. He was my sales representative. He made me feel like he was family. I learned soooo much about carpet! He was personable and very responsive. He was patient and I feel he provided superb customer service. Now for the installation. There couldn’t have been a better crew! Henry came out to do an estimate/provide samples for new flooring in our basement. He was very thorough and provided suggestions on what made the most sense for our space. We were really impressed with the detailed floor plan he drafted there on the spot and appreciated that he didn't try to up-sell us on more expensive materials/for additional space (in fact, in several cases he recommended a less costly approach than what we initially asked about). In this COVID world, he was very conscientious (i.e., wore a mask and left his shoes outside) which was also appreciated.

Aladdin Carpet & Floors did an incredible job taking up my carpet and installing Luxury vinyl in my basement. They completed the job in 2 days and were very diligent with the work. John conducted the initial survey and measuring of the space. He followed up with me throughout the entire process including a point of confusion regarding what spaces were being worked on. He seamlessly resolved the issue I now I get to enjoy my new floor!

Amazing job. We had water damage in our basement. After it was cleaned up Henry Ziaolhagg came by with samples and estimates for the basement floor. Miguel the installer for the wood floor was amazing. He installed the new wood floor all by himself and did a great job. Love this company and their staff.
