JOB TITLE              Showroom Coordinator



LOCATION              Mobile Position, Work area available if required.

SALARY                  Hourly $20 



Create a proper system for sample labeling, sample inventory, sample branding and instant access to updated information by employees. Create proper documentation of procedures, list of manufacturer/representative contact information. Maintain proper library of templates, Manufacturer catalogs, logos, and design files for printing companies.

This role will need the ability to organize information, display samples in a useful and tasteful manner in showrooms, manage time, drive, communicate with employees and manufacturers/representatives, perform minor fixes on samples, coordinate reception and setup of displays, help organize showrooms in the best way to display samples, private labeling, make sure all showrooms receive the necessary samples/displays in a timely manner and facilitate information and marketing material to sales associates.

The Showroom Coordinator will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, use of printers, and be able to work with printing companies and other suppliers if needed.



As a Showroom Coordinator, you will contribute to the Tile Center, Aladdin Carpet Gaithersburg, and Aladdin Carpet Rockville showrooms. You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a neat and tidy showroom sample area at all times.
  • Assist with tidying up and organizing the retail space of the showrooms by coordinating with available personnel employee (including yourself) and/or professional cleaning services.
  • Sample coordination.
  • Sample pulls.
  • Preparing showroom for special events directed to customers such as Sale events, Networking events and Seminars.
  • Maintaining supplies and office equipment required for the job.
  • Maintain proper documentation of procedures, contacts, and templates.
  • Collecting, sorting, scanning, and facilitating catalogs and marketing material to sales associates, order department and online manager.
  • Scheduling UPS/USPS/FEDEX for collection and delivery of samples, displays, catalogs and marketing material.
  • Processing Purchase Orders of samples, displays, catalogs and marketing material when required.
  • Conducting weekly visits to every showroom.
  • Creating and facilitating reports for General management.
  • Creating and facilitating reports to accounting for expenses and purchase orders.
  • Assisting in collecting training manuals, seasonal material, and related documents for markets and product knowledge.
